Note!
Installation requires Admin role: To install new LivionKeypad or perform certain administrative tasks, you'll need credentials with the 'Admin' -role. If you don't have such credentials, contact the administrator of your organization.
Install Wizard
Start the Wizard:
Click the "Install new KeyPad" tab on the left side of the UI to launch the Install Wizard.
Enter Device ID:
Enter the ID of your LivionKeypad. You will find the ID from the side of the Main unit (LivionKeypad_v2) or from the top of the Gateway (LivionKeypad).
There are 2 different types of ID's: 10-digit serial number or 6-digit ID.
Once you have entered the ID of your device, click 'Next'.
Select/Create a property:
The property represents the physical building where the LivionKeypad is installed. Select existing property from the drop down menu or enter the name of the new property. After that click 'Next' -button.
If your LivionKeypad has 10-digit serial number:
Enter the installation code to your device's keypad:
To finalize the installation, system gives you an installation code which you should enter to your device's keypad. Once the code is entered, the device will be activated to your organization.
Note!
You can enter the installation code afterwards, if your LivionKeypad isn't yet physically installed and powered on. You will find the installation code from the 'Keypad list'.
If your LivionKeypad has 6-digit ID:
Set Location/Name:
Enter a descriptive location or name for your LivionKeypad. Click 'Save' to complete the Install Wizard.
Optional Setup:
To configure default settings for your LivionKeypad, click 'Setup' to start the Introduction Wizard.
If you prefer to configure settings later, click 'Close.' The Introduction Wizard will automatically start the next time you access this LivionKeypad from the 'Keypad view.'
Introduction Wizard
The Introduction Wizard allows you to set default settings for your LivionKeyPad. It can be started from the Install Wizard (if your LivionKeypad have 6-digit ID) or it be will be launched automatically when you access a LivionKeypad without defined settings in 'Keypads view.'
Contract Confirmation Preview:
You'll see a preview of the default contract confirmation email and SMS. Click 'Next'.
Note!
You can customize the content of the email and SMS templates later from the 'Settings' page.

Set Alarm Receivers:
Specify at least one alarm receiver (email address, phone number, and language). Alarms will be sent via email. You can add multiple receivers by clicking 'Add receiver.'
Click 'Next' to finalize the Introduction Wizard.
