This article explains the different alarms available in LivionAccess Dashboard, how to configure them, and how to access the alarm log.

Alarms

The system provides the following alarms for your devices:

  • Device Error: Activated when the device malfunctions.

  • Device Disconnected: Activated when the device has been offline for 1 hour.

  • Device Door opened: Associated Door has been opened longer that defined Door open alarm delay

  • Device WiFi Offline: Activated if the device is configured to use local WiFi, but the network is unavailable.

Viewing Alarms

  • All alarms, are indicated in both the 'Device view' and the 'Alarms' icon.

Configuring Alarms

  • You can enable/disable alarms and set recipients in the 'Settings' -> 'Alarm settings' page.

Alarm Log

  • Access the alarm log by clicking the 'Alarms' icon from the 'Key pad View'

  • The icon will be red if there are active alarms.

  • The log shows:

    • Active alarms (by default) or alarm history if there are no active alarms.

    • Start and end times for each alarm.

    • Whether an alarm has been sent to recipients.

  • You can search the log by date and/or keywords
