Alarms
The system provides the following alarms for your devices:
Device Error: Activates when the device goes to error state (e.g. badly inserted key blocks door to close).
Power Disconnected: Activates when the power supply is disconnected for a few minutes.
Low Power: Activates when the device runs on battery (power supply is disconnected), and the battery is running low. The battery will be dead and device shut down approximately in 1 hour after the alarm activation.
Device Moved: Activates when the device is moved or shaken violently.
Device Disconnected: Activates when the device has been offline for 1 hour.
Key Not Returned: Activates if a key isn't returned to the locker on time (=contract expiration time + 'Key not returned alarm delay').
Device WiFi Offline: Activates if the device is configured to use local wireless network (WLAN), but the network is unavailable.
Note!
If devices have active alarms, the 'Alarms' -button in top-menu in Key Automats Main View and Key Automat View turns to red. In addition, alarm symbol is shown in device list in Key Automats Main View for devices which have active alarms.
Alarm settings
You can enable/disable alarms and set recipients in the 'Settings' -> 'Alarm settings' page.
Key not returned alarm delay (Sec.): A setting for delay for 'Key not returned' -alarm. Alarm is activated if the key hasn't been returned to device in time (contract end time + alarm delay).
Alarm receivers: Set alarm receivers. You should define email address, phone number, language of the alarm message and which alarms should be sent to receiver.
When you have done all the needed changes, click Save.
Alarm log
Access the alarm log by clicking the 'Alarms' -icon from the top menu ('Key Automats Main view' and 'Key Automat View'). The icon will be red if there are active alarms.

You can search the log by date and/or keywords
