Important Note: User management requires Admin role
User Management
You can access the user management by clicking 'Users' -tab from the 'Key Automats' -view.
The main view of 'User Management' shows the current users who have access to your organization.
Adding new user
You can add a new user by clicking 'Add user' from the main view of 'User management'. Enter the details of the new user to the form.
Username: User's valid email address. Once user is added, the system sends email with activation instructions to this address.
Password: Temporary password for user, will be changed once user activates account
Mobile phone number: user's phone number e.g. for receiving notifications
Language: The language of the user. This applies e.g. to the language of the activation email and webpage.
Role: User's access rights to system are defined with roles.

Automat access: Organization units whose devices the user has access to.
Email notifications: When selected, user will receive notifications from the system (e.g. info on software updates etc).
Editing or removing existing user
You can edit or remove existing user by clicking the desired user from the main view of 'User management'.
