1. Key Automats Main View
The Key Automats Main View provides a comprehensive overview of all LivionKey30 and LivionKeyOne devices that you have access to. At a glance, you can see:
Device list: A list of all your Key Automats
Online/offline status: Whether each device is currently connected to the network (green symbol indicates connection, grey symbol indicates disconnection)
Active alarms: If device has any active alarms (e.g. low battery), red alarm icon is shown in the list
2. Accessing Key Automat View
The 'Key Automat View' is your central hub for managing your key automat, keys and contracts. Click on any LivionKey30 or LivionKeyOne in the list to enter it.
Here's what you'll find on this page:
Connection status: The current connection status of the Key Automat, including the type of network (mobile or Wi-Fi), is shown on the top of the page.
Key overview: See all the keys created to your Key Automat, along with their type ('Shared' or 'Not shared').
Locker status: View the real-time status of each locker, indicating whether it's occupied or empty.
Return codes: View the created return codes for keys.
Upcoming contracts (bookings): See a list of scheduled key contracts, providing visibility into future key usage.
As well as remote management features:
Open locker: Remotely open a specific locker if needed.
Locker photo: Capture a photo of a locker's interior remotely.
Remote reboot: If necessary, you can remotely reboot the device from this page

3. Settings of your Key Automat
The 'Settings' -> 'Preferences' -view allows you to modify the settings of your Key Automat.
Device settings:
Automat name: The name or location of the device.
Default arrival and departure times: Default times for key fetches and returns in contracts.
Audio volume (LivionKey30 only): The volume of the speaking and sounds of the device.
Antitheft sensitivity: The sensitivity of the movement detection and alarm.
Door configuration:
Door opening time - Return Code (sec.): Setting for how long device keeps the door open when return code is entered.
Door opening time - Contract PIN-code (sec.): Setting for how long device keeps the door open when contract PIN-code is entered.

Wifi configuration:
WiFi: When selected, the device uses WiFi for internet connection instead of internal 4G modem.
WiFi network: The name (SSID) of local WLAN network.
Password: The password of the local WLAN network.
MAC address: MAC address of your device for secure connection to WLAN network.
When you have set all the desired settings to your device, click 'Save' to take the settings in use.
4. Privacy settings
You can modify the privacy settings of your device from 'Settings' -> 'Privacy' -view.
Front camera disabled (key handling): When selected, the device doesn't capture photos with front camera during key operations. Device will still capture photos and videos when moving is detected.
Front camera photos and videos max storage time (days): This setting defines how long photos and videos are stored for the device in the database until those are anonymized. System automatically deletes / anonymizes every night the data older than the maximum storage time setting. Click 'Allow max storage time update' -button to change the setting.
WARNING!
Be careful when you change Front camera photos and videos max storage time (days) -setting. It's not possible to retrieve deleted or anonymized data afterwards!
