1. In general

LivionKey30, LivionKey30 Outdoor, LivionKey20 and LivionKeyOne have internal accelerometer which detects if device moves. When movement is detected, photos and videos are taken and sent to server (except LivionKeyOne). The antitheft alarm (Device moved) will also activate, if it's configured in use.

This feature has been developed for security reasons: if somebody does vandalism or tries to break in to the device, the system can automatically send alarms of that and the person will be captured on photos and videos.

It's possible to adjust the sensitivity of the alarm with 5 different levels. By default the alarm will not activate from small movements of the device (for example vibrations caused by slammed door nearby).

2. How to configure antitheft alarm?

2.1 First-Generation Dashboard

  • Navigate to Settings -> Preferences view

  • Set the desired sensitivity from Antitheft sensitivity -drop-down menu.

    There are 5 sensitivity levels:

    1. Very low

    2. Low

    3. Normal (default)

    4. High

    5. Very high

    Note!

It's firmly recommended to set the sensitivity level "Very high" at first. If it seems that there are false alarms e.g. due to vibrating wall, you can then adjust the setting to less sensitive.

  • Once you have selected the desired level, click Save. After that the device needs to be restarted in order to take the setting in use.

  • If you want to have antitheft alarm to email, navigate to Settings -> Alarm settings -view, add "Device moved" -alarm for alarm receivers and click Save.

2.2 Next-Generation Dashboard

  • Navigate to Key Automats -view and click the desired device from the list

  • Open the menu from top-right (3-dot symbol) and select Settings

  • Click UPDATE from Other settings -section. Set the desired sensitivity from Antitheft sensitivity -drop-down menu and click Save.

    There are 5 sensitivity levels:

    1. Very low

    2. Low

    5. Very high

    Note!

It's firmly recommended to set the sensitivity level "Very high" at first. If it seems that there are false alarms e.g. due to vibrating wall, you can then adjust the setting to less sensitive.

  • If you want that system sends antitheft alarms to recipients, navigate to Organization -> Notifications -view.
