Important!
There are 2 different models of the outdoor enclosure:
Version 1
Version 2/3
If your device has a panel in the bottom as in the following photo, your device is version 2/3. In that case, check the article LivionKey30 Outdoor: Removing LivionKey30 from outdoor enclosure v2 and v3.
1 . Removing the front panel
This chapter instructs how the front panel of Livion Weatherbox is detached and changed.
First you need to set a worktop (table etc.) below the Weatherbox. The table top should be pretty much at the same level as the bottom of the Weatherbox. The front panel weighs 10kg and the worktop with correct height makes the changing work significantly easier.
1. The front panel is attached to the body of the Weatherbox with 8 screws. Remove the screws from both sides of the Weatherbox, see Figure 1.

2. Pull the front panel carefully out from the body and set it on the work top, see Figure 2.
NOTE!
Be very careful that you don’t tear off the keypad cable from the connector by force (marked red in the Figure 2)! Try to keep the front panel as close as possible to the body so that you can see the connector.

3. Detach the keypad cable as shown in Figure 3 and 4. The front panel can be now lifted aside.

4. Install the new front panel with same steps but in opposite order:
set the front panel on the work top
connect the keypad cable
push the front panel to the body of the Weatherbox
attach the screws (4pcs / side)
NOTE!
After you have connected the keypad cable, it’s recommended to check that the keypad works. You can do this by entering a valid pin-code or simply by pressing each number (1-9) and # (the device should give sound on each press and after #, the front led goes red).
2. Removing LivionKey30 from outdoor enclosure
The LivionKey30 Outdoor consists of LivionKey30 key cabinet and outdoor enclosure. The LivionKey30 can be removed from the outdoor enclosure with the following steps.
The front panel of the outdoor enclosure should be first removed (see chapter 1 in this document).
Cut the cable tie which holds the power cable in place (step 1 in Figure 5)
Disconnect the power cable (step 2 in Figure 5)
Open the lock with the key (step 3 in Figure 5). Once the lock is opened, lift the device upwards so that it comes out from the bracket.
