Adapting to Changing Needs
LivionKey Register now offers the ability to easily change the pickup location for a key contract, allowing you to switch between manual storage (e.g., your office) and a Key Automat. This feature provides greater flexibility and convenience for both you and your customers.
Reasons to Change Pickup Location
Customer Availability: Accommodate customers who cannot pick up keys during office hours by switching to a Key Automat for 24/7 access.
Busy Periods: Offload key handovers to Key Automats during busy periods at the office, freeing up staff time and reducing waiting times for customers.
Unexpected Circumstances: Adapt to unforeseen events or changes in plans by quickly switching the pickup location.
How to Change Pickup Location
Locate the Contract: Navigate to the "Contracts" view in LivionKey Register and find the contract you want to modify.
Access Change Pickup Location: Click the three-dot menu next to the contract and select "Change pickup location."
Choose New Location: A modal will appear, allowing you to choose the new pickup location:
Manual Storage: Select this option and provide clear pickup location details (e.g., office address, specific desk).
Key Automat: Choose this option and select the desired Key Automat from the available list.
Enable Notifications (Recommended): Ensure that email and/or SMS notifications are enabled for the contract. This will automatically send updated pickup instructions to the customer.
