Notification Status Tracking
LivionKey Register allows you to monitor the status of all key contract notifications sent to your customers. This provides transparency and ensures that your customers receive important information about their key pickups and returns.
Key Features
Track Notification Status: See whether notifications have been successfully delivered or if there were any issues.
Preview Sent Notifications: Review the exact content of the email or SMS that was sent.
Resend Notifications: Easily resend notifications if needed, ensuring your customers stay informed.
Accessing Notification Status
Navigate to Key Contract Details: Find the relevant Key Contract in LivionKey Register and open its details view
Check the Events Section: If notifications were enabled during the key handover, you'll find notification status events listed in the "Events" section of the Key Contract details
Open Event Details: Click on the desired event to view more information

Review and Resend: In the event details view, you can:
See the full content of the notification that was sent (email or SMS)
Click the "Resend" button to send the notification again if necessary
