Contact Custom Fields
Custom fields allow your organization to store extra contact information beyond the standard fields (for example, “Driver's License” in screenshots).
You can add from the Organization settings view, use them when creating/editing contacts and during Handover key flows, import them via Excel, and search both Contacts and Contracts by those values.
Note: Custom fields are optional, text-based, and currently have no validation or translations. Labels display exactly as you type them.
What are custom fields?
Defined per organization unit
Type: Text
Optional: not required; values accept any text
Searchable: in Contacts and in Contracts (through the linked contact)
Tip: Create as many fields as you need. The label can be any text (e.g., “Driver License”, “Badge #”, “Customer Code”).
