Step 1: Check the power supply
Check that the power supply is connected to the socket and the cables are properly connected. Check that there's electricity in the socket (fuse isn't blown).
If the powering is ok but the device is still off, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Power off the device
Power off the device by unplugging the power cord. When you power the device up, it may take several minutes before it establishes the connection to the system and comes online.
If the restart using the power switch doesn't help, move to Step 3.
Step 3: Contact
If you have followed carefully the steps 1 - 2 and device is still off, it requires service. In that case, contact technical support with following information:
Device ID or name
Description of the problem
