This article explains how to contact technical support for Livion products and services and how the support works.

How to contact us?

LivionKey Dashboard, LivionKeyPad, RoomRobot

Click the support icon at the bottom right of the webpage to open the support widget, which is used to contact technical support.

LivionKey Register

If you're using KeyRegister, click Support from the bottom of the left-side menu.

How it works?

  1. Initiate a Conversation:

    • Click the "Send us a message" button in the support widget.

    • Write your question or describe your problem in the form.

    • Attach any relevant files if necessary.

    • Click the send button.

  2. View Replies:

    A new conversation will be created, and you'll see the technical support team's replies there.

Tip: Note that you can close the widget although technical support hasn't replied to your message yet. When the reply is given to conversation, the widget will automatically inform you about that on the webpages. If you're logged out when technical support replies, you will receive email of that.

The most recent message will always be visible in the widget's home view. Plus,

you can find all your conversations in the "Messages" view within the widget.

Note!

  • For complex issues requiring more attention (bug fixes, improvement suggestions, etc.), the conversation may be converted into a ticket

  • In that case, a "Tickets" menu will appear in the widget, and all replies will be visible there. You'll also receive email notifications for ticket updates.

Help Center

We're actively working on a Help Center feature to provide comprehensive online documentation, reducing the need to contact technical support. The Help Center will be integrated into the support widget.
