In LivionKey Register, open Organizations → your organization → iLOQ. You need an existing iLOQ connection and permission to manage LivionKey20.
API permissions:
If your iLOQ API account is missing required permissions, Register warns you when enabling a feature and asks you to add them. The full list is in Required iLOQ API permissions at the end of this article.
General iLOQ settings
Under Configuration, select Update, enable the settings you need, and save.
Key name
Enable Key name/description to add a Key name field to the handover. Enter a descriptive name, such as Service key. iLOQ Manager saves it when the key is collected. Leave it empty to keep the existing name.
Real estate
Enable Key real estate to add a Real estate selection to the handover. Select the property the key is for; it is saved to iLOQ Manager on collection. Leave it empty to keep the existing value.
The property must exist in iLOQ. Naming a key does not assign it to a property.
Key zones
Enable Key zone to select a Main Zone during handover. LivionKey20 issues an available key whose Main Zone matches your selection. Use this when a specific Main Zone is required for blocklist distribution between keys and locks.
Note:
LivionKey20 cannot change the Main Zone.
iLOQ Manager sets it when you create a key. A key with the selected Main Zone must be available in the cabinet.
Key colours
Use the physical cap color to distinguish keys by purpose or recipient group. Color does not affect access rights.
Open Configuration → Update → KEY COLORS and enable Key colors.
Select ADD COLOR for each color in use. Optionally, label it (e.g., Maintenance) to describe its purpose in Register.
Save, then record each key’s physical color in Register.
During handover, use Key color to select a color, or leave Any color selected. A key of the chosen color must be available.
To show the color in iLOQ Manager: Enable Append to Key name on status update on the same tab. You must also enable Key name/description under GENERAL, enter a name during handover, and record the key’s color.
The color is appended to the name on collection and return, always in English: for example, Service key (Blue). Custom labels such as Maintenance appear only in Register.
Person synchronisation
Enable this to choose recipients from iLOQ Manager and keep key assignments up to date.
Under Person synchronization, below Configuration, select Update.
Enable iLOQ Persons and save.
Choose whether to synchronize now or wait until the following night. Afterward, synchronization runs every night.
During handover, select an existing person or create a new one. iLOQ Manager also allows you to save new people. The key is assigned to the recipient on collection, and the assignment is cleared on return.
If no people appear, check that iLOQ Persons is enabled and the first synchronization has run.
