To physically install LivionKey 30, please follow this guide
1. Go to the “Key Automats” page
Select "Key Automats" from the left-hand menu (under the "Management" section).
2. Start adding a devices
Click the “Add a Key Automat” -button in the top right corner of the page.
3. Select an organization unit or building
From the drop-down menu, select the existing organization unit or building where the device will be added.
4. Enter the location of the device
Enter the exact installation address. This address will be used in automated key pickup and return messages.
5. Add label (optional)
If you are installing multiple LivionKey30's in the same location, use label to distinguish them (e.g., “A”, “B”, “C”). Both the address and the label will be added in the contract messages sent to the user. It is also recommended to place the label on the device's front panel so the user can find the correct device immediately.
6. Enter the installation code
Once the device's details are saved, the system will generate an installation code. Complete the setup by entering this code on the LivionKey30's keypad. While in installation mode, the light on the device's front panel will flash yellow.
7. Done!
Tip!
If the device is located in a spot that is difficult to find, you can add more detailed location info (such as a Google Maps link) after installation. This info will automatically be included in contract messages.
To add this, go to the device's "Settings" view (select the device from the "Key Automats" -view, then click the three dots in the top right corner). Define the details in the "Detailed location information for notifications" -section.
