Adding a LivionKey30 Automat
Navigate to "Keys" List: Access the "Keys" list view in LivionKey Register
Initiate Addition: Click on the "Add a Key Automat" button.
Provide Key Automat ID: Enter the unique Key Automat ID found on the device sticker.
Assign Building: Select the building where the Key Automat will be located. The building's address will be automatically assigned to the device.
Define a Label (Optional): If you have multiple devices at the same location, create a simple label (e.g., "A," "B," "C") to differentiate them. Print a sticker with the label and apply it to the front plate of the Key Automat for easy identification.

The 'Key Automat View' offers a comprehensive overview and control of your LivionKey30 automats.
LivionKey30 Automat Status
This section displays information about the Key Automat's internet and power connections
Power: Shows whether the device is currently charging or running on battery power
Note: The internal battery allows the system to operate without a power cable for a few hours
Signal: Indicates the type of internet connection (Wi-Fi, 4G, or offline) and its quality.
If the Key Automat is offline, you'll see additional information about the last detected connection and suggested actions
LivionKey30 Automat Menu
Access additional actions from the three-dots menu located in the top right corner of the screen.
Settings: Configure various settings for the key automat (see the dedicated "Key Automat Settings" section below for details).
Maintenance:
Reboot: This option allows you to remotely reboot the key automat if needed. Under normal circumstances, rebooting shouldn't be necessary, but it can be helpful for troubleshooting.
Logs: Access the key automat's event history, including records of key retrievals, returns, and other relevant events.
Alarms: View all active alarms related to the key automat, such as connectivity issues or device errors.
LivionKey30 Lockers list
The LivionKey30 has 30 lockers for storing mechanical keys and key cards
Note: While it's technically possible to store two keys in one locker, it's not recommended to avoid overcrowding and potential door closure issues
Locker Remote Operations
Important: Associate the "Open Locker" operation with a contract to track key status and prevent unnecessary alarms. You can choose the appropriate contract or select "No Contract" if preferred
Take a locker photo:
Take a picture of a locker's contents remotely to verify its status.
Right-click on the desired locker and press "Show locker photo".

Connectivity:
Configure the key automat to use a Wi-Fi network
The Wi-Fi MAC address is also provided for secure connections using MAC address filtering
Address:
Relocate the key automat to a different building
Change its label
Timezone:
Set the timezone for the key automat, affecting time-based access schedules
The timezone is initially set during installation, inheriting from the organization unit or the nearest unit with a defined timezone
If the organization's timezone changes after installation, manually update it in the key automat settings
Privacy:
Disable the front camera
Choose how long front camera images and videos are stored
Other Settings:
Audio Volume: Adjust the volume of voice prompts
Anti-theft Sensitivity: Configure the alarm system's sensitivity
Door Opening Time - Return Code & Contract PIN-code: Set how long the door stays open after using a return code or contract PIN
Note: The system may sometimes automatically determine the door opening duration
Key Automat Specific Custom Text:
Define custom text to be added to notifications for key contracts targeted to this specific key automat
This could include access instructions or a map link
PIN Code Sync:
Link Livion KeyPads or iLOQ Online Readers to the key automat to synchronize all contract PIN codes
Groups
Create groups and add devices to them for easier filtering and management in the device list view
