The e-mail and SMS-templates are used to define the content and layout for Contract confirmation, Contract update and Contract cancellation -messages for all supported languages. This ensures clear, informative, and on-brand communication with your users.
The templates are:
Contract confirmation: The template for message which will be sent to customer once contract is created.
Contract update: The template for message which will be sent to customer once existing contract is edited.
Contract cancellation: The template for message which will be sent to customer once contract is deleted.
In addition to customizing the content of the message, you can also modify sender information of the messages.
Accessing & Modifying Templates
Navigate to 'Settings': Click 'Settings' -button from the menu in main view.
Choose 'Emails' or 'SMS': Select the relevant tab based on the message type you want to customize.
Customization of the sender
Email: Set your preferred sender address. The added sender information is seen as the name of sender and also in address (
sender
@livionconnect.com
).Note!
The default sender: email address: [email protected], name: LivionConnect
The sender information must not include special characters.
SMS (if enabled): Add the desired send for SMS-messages. The added sender information will be seen as the sender of the message instead of phone number.
Note!
The default sender: LivionKey
The maximum length of the sender is 11 characters.
Customization of the messages
Select the Template: Click first the language (e.g. English) and the select the desired template which you would like to edit.
Content & Formatting: Edit the template's text and formatting as desired.
Variables: Use variables to include contract specific information to messages (e.g., contract name and pin-code).

Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to apply your modifications.
