LivionAccess empowers you to tailor the content of Access rights confirmation, update, and cancellation messages for all supported languages. This ensures clear, informative, and on-brand communication with your users.

Accessing & Modifying Templates

  1. Navigate to 'Settings': Find the 'Settings' view or your keypad in the LivionAccess dashboard.

  2. Choose 'Emails' or 'SMS': Select the relevant tab based on the message type you want to customize.

  3. Select the Template: Click on the specific message template you want to edit (e.g., Contract confirmation).

Customization Options

  • Content & Formatting: Edit the template's text and formatting as desired.

  • Variables: Use variables to dynamically include system information in messages (e.g., contract name). A list of available variables and instructions is provided on the template page.

Customizing the Sender

  • Email:

  • SMS (if enabled):

    • Customize the SMS sender with your own identifier (up to 11 alphanumeric characters)

Saving Changes

  • Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to apply your modifications.
