Welcome back to LivionKey training! In this guide, we will show you how to add new users to your LivionKey system, ensuring they have the right access to perform their tasks.

Adding New Users

  1. Navigate to the Users Page:

    • From the left-hand menu within LivionKey, click on the "Users" link. This page displays a list of all existing users within your organization.

  2. Create a New User:

    • In the top right corner of the Users page, click the "Create New" button.

  3. Assign Access Rights:

    • When granting access rights, you'll need to select the specific organizational unit the user belongs to.

    • Additionally, choose the appropriate role for the user. The role determines what actions the user can perform within the LivionKey system.

    • Tip: Click the provided link to see a detailed comparison of the different roles and their permissions.

    • If needed, you can also set an expiration date for the user's access rights.

  4. Save and Invite:

    • Once you've filled in all the necessary information, save the new user.

    • An email invitation will be automatically sent to the user, inviting them to join your organization in LivionKey.

You've now successfully added a new user to your LivionKey system and granted them the appropriate access rights. They should receive an email invitation shortly, allowing them to start using the system.
