Usage Tracking in LivionKey Register

LivionKey Register provides two levels of usage tracking to help you gain insights into your key management activities:

  • Organization Unit Level: Track usage statistics across your entire organization or specific organizational units within a defined timeframe.

  • Building Level: Drill down to monitor usage patterns for individual buildings within your organization.

Organization Unit Level Usage Tracking

At the organization unit level, you can track the following metrics for a specified period:

  • Buildings with Activity: The number of buildings where at least one key operation has occurred.

  • Buildings without Activity: The number of buildings with no key operations during the selected period

  • Contracts Added: The total number of new key contracts created.

  • Keys Fetched: The total number of keys fetched

  • Keys Returned: The total number of keys returned.

  • Keys Total: The overall number of keys within the selected organization unit.

  • SMS (Segments): The total number of SMS segments sent for notifications.

Note: One notification may use multiple segments.

  • Mobile Verifications: The number of times the LivionKey Strong Authentication feature was used.

Building Level Usage Tracking

At the building level, you can track similar metrics focused on a specific building:

  • Contracts Added: The total number of new key contracts created for that building.

  • Keys Fetched: The total number of keys retrieved from key automats within that building

  • Keys Returned: The total number of keys returned to key automats within that building

  • Keys Total: The overall number of keys associated with that building

  • SMS (Segments): The total number of SMS segments sent for notifications related to that building

Note: One notification may use multiple segments.

  • Mobile Verifications: The number of times Strong Authentication was used for that building.

Exporting Usage Data

In both organization unit and building level tracking, you have the option to export the usage data to a CSV file by pressing "Downlowd CSV" button.

This allows you to further analyze the data, create custom reports, or integrate it with other systems.
