User Management Overview

LivionKey's User Management system empowers organizations with a range of features to simplify and secure user access.

Key Features

Managing Users

LivionKey Register - Users view

Adding New Users

  1. Navigate to the Users Page:

    • From the left-hand menu, click on the "Users" link to view the list of existing users in your organization.

  2. Create a New User:

    • Click the "+ Create" button in the top right corner.

  3. Assign Access Rights:

    • Select the specific organizational unit the user belongs to.

    • Choose the appropriate role for the user, defining their permissions within the system.

    • (Tip: Click the provided link to see a detailed comparison of the different roles.)

    • Optionally, set an expiration date for the user's access rights.

  4. Save and Invite:

    • Once you've completed the user details, click "Save."

    • An email invitation will be automatically sent to the new user, inviting them to join your organization in LivionKey.

Searching for a User

  • Free Search: Use the free search tool to quickly find users by entering any keywords that match their name, phone number, or email address.

  • Filters: For more precise searches, use the filters to narrow down the results by organization unit

Updating a User

  1. Locate the User and click the "Update" action button from the row menu.

  2. Update the necessary fields, including:

    • Name

    • Language

    • Phone number

    • Access rights (organization unit, role, and expiration date)

  3. Press the "Save" button to finalize the user update

Deleting a User

  1. Locate the User and click the "Delete" action button from the row menu..

  2. A confirmation dialogue will appear. Press "Yes" to permanently delete the user

Important: Deleting a user is irreversible. Ensure you want to permanently remove the user and their associated data before confirming the deletion
