1. Wrong Credentials
If you are unable to log in due to incorrect username (email address) or password, please verify the following:
Ensure you are entering the exact credentials provided by your administrator.
If you are still unable to log in, contact your administrator to confirm that your account has the necessary access to the LivionKey Dashboard.
2. No Access Rights
If you are able to log in but cannot access a specific application or feature, it's possible you have insufficient access rights.
Contact your administrator to ensure your account has the correct access permissions for the application you are trying to use.
If your administrator confirms you have the correct access, double-check the URL you are using to access the application. Ensure it is the correct web address.

3. Password Reset
If you have confirmed with your administrator that your credentials and access rights are correct, and you are still unable to log in, you can try resetting your password.
On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link.
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
