When creating a contract, users may encounter an issue where they cannot find the expected access rights in the selection list. Below are some common reasons for this issue and how to resolve them:

1. Access Right Type is Not API

The most common reason for missing access rights is that they are not of the API type. The iLOQ API integration can only utilize access rights that are specifically designated as API access rights. To confirm this:

  • Check the properties of the access right in the iLOQ Manager.

  • Ensure that the type is set to API access right.

2. API User Lacks Zone Access

Access rights may belong to a zone that the API user does not have permission to access. The Livion system can only retrieve access rights that the configured API user has access to. If an access right is assigned to a zone outside of the API user’s permitted zones, it will not be available for selection. To resolve this:

  • Verify the zones assigned to the API user.

  • Ensure the necessary access rights are within the permitted zones.

Tip: You can log in to iLOQ Manager using the API user credentials to view the same data accessible through the API.

3. Access Right is Not in an Active State

According to iLOQ documentation, access rights can exist in one of five states:

  • Active (usable)

  • Security access is no longer in use

  • Security access is blocklisted

  • Security access leads to blocklist through a key

  • Blocked

Only access rights in the Active state will be available for selection. Check the state of the access right and activate it if necessary.

4. Access Right Visibility Settings

In iLOQ Manager, it is possible to configure access rights so that they are not visible in the access rights list by default. If an access right is hidden due to these settings, it will not appear in the selection list by default. To resolve this:

  • In Key Register, click the toggle next to the access right selection to include also hidden access rights.
